I've seen this little piggy before, saw it again this week, while enjoying a coffee in the too rare sun. Me, not the pig! Old photo. The European Parliament, deciding over 750 million people (compared to 331 millions in the US). Not always good, not always right, some corruption... Nothing unusual.

Aka "tour des français". One of the 4 remaining fortification towers, built between 1230 and 1250 AD, to ward of the bad neighbors, French, Germans or others, depending of the year/century.
