I NEED HOLIDAYS!!!!!

Well, I haven't gone anywhere for over 6 months... Which is really bad for a compulsive traveler like me. But... Good news this morning: the Israeli border reopened to tourists. Haven't been there for absolute ages. Culture, food, warmth, beaches, mountains, desert... That's what I need. Maybe in March...

Braving COVID

Holidays during the pandemic... I had to go away for a few days, cabin fever, lockdown... Last, it had to be Greece. Why Greece? Well, they had very few cases at that time. And I went to a small village in southern Crete, avoiding people. One year and a few months later: still alive and well, getting my third Pfizer jab in 2 weeks.

A Monday Mural

Spotted near the archaeological museum in Herakleion, Crete, Greece. The name of the street, Agiou Titoy, or Saint Tite (or Titus), refers to the saint protector of the town. And the mural is about the minoan civilization.
