The lock keeper's tower
Aka tour de l'éclusier, aka Heinrichsturm, aka tour Henri. One of five 13th century (AD 1230 to 1250) towers protecting Strasbourg. 4 towers remaining, the 5th burned down in 1869. A little more about them
