Maybe tomorrow...

Winter. Day temperatures are around zero C. This is an old photo, no sunshine today. But, if the weather report is correct, I might have a hot cup of coffee on a terrace somewhere. Fingers crossed.

Update: coffee inside, far too cold for a terrace, and no sunshine. Sigh.

Lights in the city

Many nice street lights in town, some dating back at least a century.
I am currently a Facebook jail inmate, so unable to post on the City Daily Photo page for 3 days. The effing bot misunderstood something, again.

A Monday mural

Europe, down my street. Regularly dirtied, regularly cleaned. Some hate the idea of Europe... Anyway, more Monday murals right... here.

"Books are a uniquely portable magic."

So says Stephen King.

“My alma mater was books, a good library…. I could spend the rest of my life reading, just satisfying my curiosity.”

Mix and match

I like the hats, I don't wear ties! Not anymore, anyway.

Hang on there!

Seen in a trendy hostel. Urban mobility recycling, I guess.

I'm watching you!

A 3 meters tall bear, made of resin, on one of the main streets. Made by a painter and a sculptor during a renovation project in 2015.

November CDP theme day: my favorite part of town

A good for a drink, weather permitting. This part of town, the Petite France, has always been my favorite.

More about this theme here.
