My goal for 2024

A personal post.

I'm 63. I started smoking at age 14, peer pressure. I stopped on August 11, after 49 years. I achieved the goal  I'd set for 2024. 4 months and a week, counting. I used to buy my smokes in Germany, half the price of the French ones. The savings went into my Christmas presents budget. Happy times. 

I DID NOT STOP DRINKING COFFEE!!! LOL

Slow. I love eating! But not processed food, if possible. I'm a fan of the Slow Food movement, all about local food and traditional cooking, as a much healthier alternative to fast food.
