Cauldron street
French: rue du chaudron, "novus vicus apud vicumpraedicatorum juxtadomumliberorumquondam Philippi apothecarii", (A new village near the Preachers' village, near the house of the children of Philip the apothecary), in 1330 AD. The street's name changed a dozen times since them. It's in the old town, near the cathedral.
