Aka Cité de la musique et de la danse, the most musical building in town, musicians (and I suppose dancers) rehearsing at all hours. Also a concert place, a few hundred meters from the city center.

Printemps: french for springtime. What used to be a haberdasher shop, sells now clothes and leather goods, only the most expensive brands. Behind all the metal and glass, is a brick building. In front, the main tramway hub in town
